Terms and conditions
- NB : We require I.D, proof of resident and Photo of your self holding I.D / Smart card for new application ( Scanned documents or a photo ), This is for RICA purposes .
- Since our services are Month to Month by the first day of each month the invoice will be already due.. After 15th day the service gets cancelled and we collect our device(s) and when the client require the service again they have to re-apply and pay once-off fee of R650.00 and also 1 month in advance though on the billing date they still have to pay full amount. We do not offer pause for this month, and continue some other time.
- From 1 October 2025 our starter unlimited package for Wi-fi range from R520.00, The system migrate your account to R520.00 if you were paying R500.00 if your fell into arrears more than 3 time.
- As from 01 October 2025 all our pricing structure work as follows : One month advanced e.g ( R520 ) + Once-off setup fee ( R650 ) + Pro Rata fee.
- Payment option : Our pricing system is only month – month, Therefore you as a client liable to pay for us on a stipulated date. Failing to pay us on time you put your self on a RED ZONE in our system which leads to account SUSPENSION ( even if you paid Us )for the days you didn’t pay us or re connection fee applied or service gets cancelled.
- We do not work with proof of payment and screenshot, we work with the payment that shows on our Bank account.
- The ONCE-OFF processing fee of R650.00 includes the delivery, Router setup, As well as RICA processing fees. There are also administrative charges associated with your services such as placing / registering the services with the Mobile carrier / Network operator.
- The safety of the router is entirely at the expense of a client, If the router is lost client has to replace it at their cost and remain ours.

- Please note that Router remain ours unless you have purchase it from a value of +/-R3500.00.
- Please note that the Router needs to be in the state of being ON before can be replaced and declared MALFUNCTIONING .
- The client is allowed to move or change address 5 times per year, There after there are 2 addresses available at a cost of R150 each.
- The address for the service is the one that was registered upon signing up and can’t be used anywhere else. Address locked.
- The sim card will be blocked if inserted in the incompatible router, cellphone or used in a different location
- Regardless of the date you started using the service, The first monthly fee is paid in full.
- Regardless when did the service commenced, the first payment is paid in full. This is due to the debit order mandate.
- The default speed for most of our Routers range from 300mbps with an unblocked coverage of 15 Meters or beyond, We may not guarantee coverage its only depends on the structure of the building .
- Before the Device reaches client, We have to disassemble first to do basic configurations.
- Router package consist of (Specified, Ethernet Cable, Power supply, Manual and Original container )
- Wifi coverage beyond 15 meters can be extended at an extra cost because there are devices that needs to be added.
- Our Routers provides basic network coverage, Some locations require extended outdoor signal boosters which are paid for separate.
- Our devices remain ours unless purchased outright at a stipulated price on the quote or our website, All devices consist of 12 Months warranty.
- Unfortunately we’ll still bill you regardless, how many ESKOM LOADSHEDDING or power outage occurred respectively.
- Please note that this is a plug and play service, we don’t recommend clients to fiddle with the device software, Reason being the settings done to the router before it reaches the client. - We bill on the 15th / 30th of each month Please note that the proof of payment must be sent to ( accounts-at-rampholder.co.za ).
- For first 2/3 Months your service may not be suspended quick but there after on the 1st of each month when no payment is made the Wi-fi get suspended.
- For schools and companies, Regardless whether the organization has a break or holidays the monthly fee remains the same as the service still active.
- You will receive SMS reminder in your phone and invoice via e-mail automatically as the system reminds all our clients about the invoice that are outstanding and or paid for…The client control panel link is accessible via web browser and its compatible with any devices such as Cellphone, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop. Please note, from 01 January 2024 the system will be accessed via below link respectively.

- Our systems are stable and reliable we are able to monitor the performance remotely, Unless there is a hardware failure we Upgrade, Top up or reset the systems remotely. We give support using Team viewer or Any desk free software’s.
- Please do not remove the simcard from the Router unless it has been confirmed by Us.
- Please do not press Reset the Router in any way, Do it only upon our request.
- Please be advised that during load shedding the Router should be unplugged as the electric current has a negative impact towards devices when power returns after outage.
- We give 1 Router and 1 Desktop phone to our clients for a packages, Wireless phone are charged at an extra cost and only available upon request.
- Our calls are unlimited, The default channels are 2 which are one for OUTGOING CALLS and the one for INCOMING CALLS. This means you will not be able to make calls when someone is on the call, If you need to expand this functionality please do request from your service agent or e-mail us on ( support-at-rampholder.co.za ).
- Prices fluctuate, we give discounts but not always as the fact is the negotiations are based on our pricing policy and are being evaluated monthly therefore prices may not be same and may change without prior notice. Brochures and website are updated from time to time.
- All devices have 12 Months warranty, All warranty extensions has been ceased.
- Speed depends on network & router speed, Most Routers range from 300mbps upwards and they are CAT 6 or Above, But still they have to be white listed by Network provider.
- Signal boosters and range extenders are services offered but on extra cost.
- Extra cost are added to compatible products that are not supplied by Us.
- Every 3 / 6 Months we may require the client to send us the Router picture or Details.
- Due to nature of our business and RICA, You allow Us, ( because We may be required ) to share your details with MTN, Vodacom or relevant and legitimate network providers to ensure the security for the service and device(s) we provide.
- Though we test devices, we do not manufacture them. The information provided on this document is ‘as is’ with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness based on devices.
- Our official banking details are found at the bottom of the quote or invoice.
WHY ARE YOU PAYING PRO RATA FEE ?
- PRO RATA – Is the remaining balance from your monthly fee, meaning that we calculate your payment on a daily basis. Here is the example…Our month whether it’s a 31st / 30th Month we calculate it as 30 days.
- R900 / 30 days = R30.00 day
- This means for the unlimited calls and unlimited internet you pay R30.00 per day.
- We save you a massive amount of over R1000 for both Unlimited calls and Internet
- SIM AND ACTIVATION – Unlike any other simcards these are unique and runs on a different APN which is a way of connecting to MTN network please note that MTN does not have control over these simcards but we are ( RAMPHOLDER ). So we are using MTN networks but providing our data plans. That is why we are cheap.
- AGENT / DELIVERY AND CONFIGURATION – Our services are configured based on client premises in order to get accurate signals and supportive communications, therefore we have to send an agent / technician to check the coverage and other settings needed for the project since our services runs on 4G and 5G NETWORKS. We have to connect manually, Auto configurations are not possible.

- Unless otherwise stated, If you decide to use your own router you can do so but still the once-off fee will apply.
- If the Router gets lost or damaged , Please note you will pay for it.
- Our prices changes from time to time , but for only new customers. For existing clients we give you 2 to 3 Months advance before new pricing apply.
- Our Mobile data can be used anytime, anywhere they are not fixed like FIXED LTE you are allowed to travel with it.
